After opening in June 2007, The Home Course was immediately ranked the “No. 2 Public Course in Washington” by Golfweek. Since then, it has hosted numerous state, regional, and national championships, and has developed a reputation for player-friendly course set-ups and championship-quality conditions at affordable public rates.
Local Rules
USGA RULES OF GOLF WILL GOVERN ALL PLAY EXCEPT AS MODIFIED BY THE FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES

Abnormal Course Conditions (Rule 16): The nursery green right of holes #10 and #13.

Penalty Areas (Rule 17): Penalty areas are identified by yellow or red stakes and defined by yellow or red lines. As an additional option, a “drop area” has been added at holes #7 and #14.

Out of Bounds (Rule 18): Defined by the inside edge at ground level of white stakes and/or white PVC pipes. Additionally, on hole #13 out of bounds is defined by the inside edge of the entrance road and the road to the maintenance area. Holes #14 and #15, out of bounds is defined as the inside edge of the entry road right of hole #14 and left of hole #15.

Unreasonable Delay; Pace of Play (Rule 5.6): To make the game more enjoyable for all it is the responsibility of each player to play at a “considerate pace.” Your position on the golf course is directly behind the group in front of you, not directly in front of the group behind you.
